15.3 has by far been the best Open WOD so far! We have witnessed first time muscle ups and muscle ups that people “found” again after being MIA for awhile. We also witnessed you guys turning wall balls and single unders into the shi**iest scaled WOD EVER. This is what it’s about ..throwing it all out there and doing your best!!! Congrats CFO WE rock!! Now don’t forget to submit your scores…3-2-1 GO!
Alright crew… We just wanted to make sure everyone understood what our Fridays will be like for the next 5 weeks. With the open starting tomorrow we will be completing the workouts every Friday night. With this happening our regular class times will turn into heat times depending on the WOD. All Heat times will be posted by Thursday night so you can all plan to show up at desired time and we will get you all in. All those that are not doing the open show up at your normal class times and we make sure you get in as close to your class time as possible. Also, for the next 5 weeks our Saturday and Sunday 10:00 class times are now reserved for those that could not make it in Friday night. You must talk with Juan or T about coming in at these times. They will be the only times on Saturday or Sunday that we will have open WODs done. This is such an exciting and fun time of year and we cannot wait to see all the progress CFO has made. The new in house team comp is gonna be pretty epic. Thanks for all you guys do. Terry

Alright FNL Athletes!! Here's how tomorrow is going to work. Without a time cap on this workout, it's hard to know heat times. So, the first heat will start at 5:30 like normal. Then I will put people in designated heats, but without a specific start time. My guess is that each heat will take around 20 minutes so you can keep that in mind. But please understand that start times will not be posted or definite!! So, who NEEDS to be in a "later" or "earlier" heat? Or who will not be there at all?

Kids classes are coming next week for Spring Break! Monday 3/30, wednesday 4/1, and friday 4/3 all 1:15-2:00 ages 6-10. Cost is $20/child/class ($15/class if attending more than one). Comment here with your child's name, age and what day they will be attending. I will be looking for at least 6 kids to make the class happen! :-)

15.5 is upon us! It has been an awesome time participating in the Open with our friends at Systematic Crossfit! They will not be joining in the workout tomorrow but will be coming by to support us and cheer us on! Let's do the same on Saturday, from 12-2pm, and support and cheer for them as they do 15.5!
